Man suspected of beating wife to death with dumbbell remanded seven days


PETALING JAYA: A Shah Alam Magistrate's Court has allowed the application for a seven-day remand of a man suspected of beating his wife to death with a dumbbell on Friday (Dec 15).

Assistant Registrar Saidatul Akmar Suberi allowed the application by the police for the joblees suspect to be remanded for seven days from Saturday until Friday (Dec 22).

Earlier, the 38-year-old suspect was seen entering the court complex in handcuffs and escorted by police officers and court officials.
